IPL 2022 Mega Auction: बेंगलुरु में दो दिन से चल रहा आईपीएल 2022 का मेगा ऑक्शन समाप्त हो चुका है। दो दिन तक चली नीलामी में 10 टीमों ने करीब 551 करोड़ रुपये खर्च कर 204 खिलाड़ी ख़रीदे। जिनमें 137 भारतीय और 67 विदेशी खिलाड़ी रहे। युवा विकेटकीपर बल्लेबाज ईशान किशन इस IPL 2022 Mega Auction के सबसे महंगे खिलाड़ी रहे। ईशान किशन को पहले दिन ही मुंबई इंडियंस ने 15.25 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा। जबकि दूसरे सबसे महंगे खिलाड़ी दीपक चाहर रहे, जिन्हें चेन्नई सुपर किंग्स ने 14 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा। लियाम लिविंगस्टोन सबसे महंगे विदेशी खिलाड़ी रहे। उन्हें पंजाब किंग्स ने 11.50 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा।
इस आईपीएल मेगा ऑक्शन कई दिग्गज खिलाड़ी नहीं बिके। जिनमे मुख्यरूप से भारत के सुरेश रैना, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के एरोन फिंच तथा इंग्लैंड के वनडे और टी-20 टीम के कप्तान ओएन मॉर्गन, भारत के चेतेश्वर पुजारा, श्रीशांत जैसे दिग्गज खिलाड़ियों को कोई खरीदार नहीं मिला। इससे पहले 8 पुरानी टीमों द्वारा कुल 33 खिलाड़ी रीटेन किए गए थे।
